Shipping and Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
You have 14 days to exchange or return an item from the date of invoice.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
If your item is faulty or broken, we will investigate and get in contact with the manufacturer and send you out a new product. We will keep you fully updated of delivery dates.
Products in stock are shipped with in 5-7 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
